Our Weekday Meetups are something that our dedicated members always look forward to. We used to run Tempo /Easy /Recovery run on the weekday.


THURSDAY INTENSIVE TRAINING

Speed Works

Once you attend Thursday Intensive Training lead by Mr Lai from Team Reservoir U42T at Jubilee Ground, you will be coming back time from time again. They are a wonderful experience you will not want to miss, and a great way to get to know other members of Team RB Kuching, CJC, Team Reservoir U42T etc. 


A special message for 147, 146 shall be looking forward to train with you on coming Thursday. 


WEEKEND LSD/LHR

Long Slow Distance /Low Heart Rate training

We usually flagged off from MBKS Kuching at around 4-5am for 15-21-32km depending our training program.
