What Is Group Training? Group running is simply organized training, usually arranged by our senior runner. Our group training has a variety of running-related workouts as follows:- Hill run Interval run Tempo run LSD run
Usually, runners of all abilities are welcome, although you will probably be grouped according to your running pace. For example, there may be different sub-groups within a large group so that those running at a slower pace are not required to keep pace with those fast legs.
